Deciding how to provide, support and manage your ICT infrastructure is a continuing challenge for organisations of all sizes. We offer support to small and medium sized business and can offer basic services such as configuring PC's for new starters or making small alterations to existing setups, right through to larger projects or ongoing support packages. If you already employ staff to manage your ICT systems then we can also work with them to give additional options and guidance on how projects would or wouldn't work for your organisation, giving as much or as little input as you require; on the rare occasions that you need something outside of our scope of work, we can even recommend specialist providers to you.
Health Checks
We can check over your computer systems, searching for signs of weakness and possibilities for improvement to provide you with peace of mind. This is a service we carry out routinely for all of our managed service customers, but we are also happy to provide one off services.
Documentation
Ensure that your business runs efficiently and is prepared for any eventuality, with full documentation of your systems and procedures; we can provide anything from simple network schematics to policy documents and full business continuity plans, including remote hosting if required.

Systems Configuration
Specialists are available to configure your systems, anything from a new PC to an entirely new network; we can even provide the hardware and software for you, too. Once everything is up and running, we use our industry leading management platform to keep it that way, too.
